What exactly is a metal print?

Your image is printed with special inks and then heat-pressed into a coated aluminium panel. The heat bonds the ink into the coating, so the picture becomes part of the surface rather than sitting on top of it — giving a vivid, glossy print with real depth.

Which photos work best?

Sharp, well-lit photos give the best result — the higher the resolution, the crisper the print. Photos straight from a modern phone camera usually print beautifully. Avoid screenshots or images saved from WhatsApp or social media, which are heavily compressed. Our shop tells you the recommended size for your frame and rates your photo before you order.

Will my photo be stretched or cut?

Only if you choose that. You see a live preview in your exact frame size and pick how it fits: crop to fill (you choose what's kept), white border, or extend the background. Nothing is printed until you approve the preview.

When will my order arrive?

Before you pay, we show an estimated ship date calculated from our live production queue and studio capacity. Right now, orders placed today are estimated to ship by Wed 30 Sep 2026.

How do I track my order?

Sign in and open My orders. You'll see each order move through Paid, Queued, Printing, Heat pressing, Packaging, Shipped and Delivered, with your ship date.

How do I pay? Is it safe?
